01The service
Nexus3D is a browser-based tool for designing buildings in 3D. These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Nexus3D ("we", "us") about your use of the Nexus3D website and app.
02Your account
You need an account to save projects to the cloud. Keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
03Your content
Your projects, models, drawings and comments are yours. You give us the permission we need to store, process and show them to you and to the people you share them with, and nothing more. You're responsible for having the rights to what you upload or import.
05Teams
A team's projects belong to the team. The team's owners and admins decide who is in the team and can remove members, who then lose access to its projects.
06Plans and payment
Nexus3D has a free plan and paid plans. During early access every feature is free. When paid plans start, their prices and terms will be shown before you pay, and you can cancel at any time; a cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
07Acceptable use
Don't use Nexus3D to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to share harmful content, or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
08Library assets
Models, materials and skies in the library come from Poly Haven and ambientCG under CC0 and are free to use in your work, including commercial work.
09Availability and changes
We work to keep Nexus3D available and your data safe, and keep version history of cloud projects, but the service is provided "as is". Keep your own exports of important work. We may change the service; we'll tell you about changes that affect you significantly.
10Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
11Ending
You can stop using Nexus3D and delete your projects at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
